Add a file note

You can add a type of file note to each invoice using the File note action in the ribbon.

The invoice receives a kind of digital stamp with the name File note in the invoice capture form.

Here's how

  1. Click on File note in the ribbon.

  2. Enter a text under Create file note.

  3. Click on Save file note.

In the File note for invoice dialog, you can also see whether file notes already exist and by whom they were written.
