You can copy the entire settings of a system into edoc archivelink and then edit them.
The advantage of the system copy function is, for example, the ability to quickly create identical or similar systems: Test systems or other productive systems.
The copy function copies all system settings with all repositories, configurations for document types, document type fields, document fields, indexing definitions, and field mappings.
Here's how

Go to edoc archivelink > Setup > Systems > Systems.

Select the system you want to copy.

Click on Copy in the menu.

Enter a unique system ID under New system ID.

Click on OK.
The new system is created and is not active. To adjust further details, edit the corresponding details of the system.
