You can statically map a configuration to a company.
The advantage of statically mapping a configuration to a company is that it saves time and you can use the intercompany function.
How to map a company to the indexing definition:

Enter the ECM company under Setup > Bases > Parameters > General >ECM client customization.

Go to Setup > Indexings > Indexings.

Select the indexing definition you want to use.

Click on Edit.

Activate the option ECM Company field for the company under Index Definition - Field Mapping.
Once you have activated the ECM company field option, the ECM company name that you have specified under Setup > Bases > Parameters > General > ECM client customization is used.
You can export the configuration of your ECM company with the statically mapped company under Setup > Bases > Parameters > Maintenance and import it again in another system.
