Activate and manage the workflow start groups

In order for a workflow to be started automatically for your incoming invoices, you must define the groups to which the invoices are sent.

If you have configured the Post-indexing or Check incoming goods workflow steps, these workflow steps are carried out first and then the invoices are sent to the workflow start group.

You can define a workflow start group for invoices without order reference and invoices for goods (invoice with order reference).

Here's how

  1. Click on edoc invoice in the sidebar to open the edoc invoice dashboard.

  2. Click on Settings and select the relevant company under Company settings.

  3. In the Workflow - Start section, select a group for invoices without order reference and a group for invoices with order reference.

  4. Click on Save in the ribbon.
