Define the company-specific workflow settings

You can configure the types of mandatory recipients of workflow redirects and the e-mail notifications for redirects.

Here's how

  1. Click on edoc invoice in the sidebar to open the edoc invoice dashboard.

  2. Click on Settings and select the relevant company under Company settings.

  3. In the Workflow section, select the type of mandatory recipient to which the workflow is to be forwarded. You can select the following mandatory recipients:

    1. Group: The workflow must always be sent to at least one group. You can also optionally specify a clerk.

    2. Clerk: The workflow must always be sent to at least one individual person. You can still optionally specify a group.

    3. Group AND clerk: The workflow must always be sent to at least one group and one individual person.

    4. Group OR clerk: The workflow must always be sent to at least one group or to an individual person.

  4. Click on Save in the ribbon.

The E-mail notification option is activated by default.

If you use the workflow in the d.3 mailbox context and deactivate the E-mail notification option, no e-mail will be sent when forwarding.
