Set up the capture form for edoc invoice

The capture form is displayed to your users when they verify invoices and contains the fields you have defined.

You can define data types for the fields and the line item data in the data capture form and their arrangement and specify further details (e.g. field length, selection list, suggestion lists, autocomplete).

If you want to implement a multi-stage process for the approval of invoices of a certain amount, you can define approval policies for cost centers. You can also configure a check of mandatory fields including a comparison logic for gross amounts and much more.
