Define administrative group to display all tasks of a company

You can define an administrative group for a company. The members of the administrative group can display all tasks of the respective company in edoc workplace.

The setting is company-specific. The administrative group only receives the extended view for the tasks of the company for which the group was selected as the administrative group.

Things to know

If you define an administrative group, the members of the group can only view additional tasks. The permissions to edit the tasks (e.g. Verify or Approve) are based on the group permissions. You define the group permissions in the Permissions for groups participating in the workflow section.

Suppose you want to define an administrative group for a company.

Here's how

  1. Click on edoc invoice in the sidebar to open the edoc invoice dashboard.

  2. Click on Settings and select the relevant company under Company settings.

  3. Click on Workflow > Permissions in the sidebar.

  4. Select a group in the Select administrative group selection list in the Administrative group for viewing all tasks of the company section.

  5. Click Save in the ribbon to confirm your selection.

The members of the selected administrative group can now display all tasks of the company in edoc workplace by clicking on All tasks of my companies.

Defining a group to display all tasks of a company is optional.

If you have defined a delegate for a person, the permission to view all tasks for a company is not inherited. The delegate must be a member of the administrative group for the respective company.
