Usually, after renewing a contract, you must manually adjust the reminder for the termination to the new dates. For recurring renewals of open-ended contracts, your administrator can activate an option so that the notice period is automatically recalculated for all open-ended contracts.
If the option has been activated and you extend an open-ended contract with recurring renewal, all terminations with a End of contract frequency will be automatically recalculated. For terminations at a different frequency (e.g. End of quarter), the recalculation of the termination is also performed automatically with a daily job from edoc contract.
