To create a cover sheet for the contract document or the contract dossier (file) in d.3one (d.velop documents), use the edoc context action Create cover sheet.
Here's how

Find the contract document or the contract dossier in d.3one.

Select the contract document or the contract dossier in the results list.

Click on the Create cover sheet context action on the context action bar.
The cover sheet is created immediately and displayed with the fields that have been administratively configured to be displayed on the cover sheet. You can print the cover sheet immediately by clicking on the add icon on the cover sheet:
You also have the following options on the Create cover sheet for contract page:

You can download the created cover sheet directly by clicking on Download cover sheet as PDF file.

You can also add more data to the cover sheet by activating one of the following options or all options:

Show open reminders

Show completed reminders

Show note

Show all document properties

If you would like to view the additional data on the cover sheet once, click on Create cover sheet. If you would like to export the displayed data as a PDF file, click on Download cover sheet as PDF file.
