With edoc contract, you can keep an eye on deadlines in contract documents and contract attachments in your d.velop application. You receive reminders by e-mail and a description of the tasks due. In the reminder overview, you can keep track of pending and completed tasks and can, for example, make changes to individual reminders. You can also print out the data in the reminder overview or export it to an Excel file or as a PDF document.
Since edoc contract is integrated into your familiar d.velop application, you can use all d.velop features as usual.
Your IT administration must authorize you as an edoc contract user.
In general, you can create, edit or delete reminders if you are the creator or recipient and they have the status open.
There is also an administrative role that can be used to edit all open reminders. Reminders that have already been completed can no longer be changed.
