Why do I keep receiving e-mails about the same reminder?

Reminders are always sent by e-mail on the calculated date. You can find the calculated reminder date in the respective reminder for a contract document or a contract dossier (file).

You will receive an e-mail notification on the reminder date containing all reminders for you or your groups.

Make sure that you not only delete the e-mail notification, but also edit the reminder for a contract document or a contract dossier (file) in contract control, and mark it as completed. No further e-mails will then be sent for the reminder marked as completed.
