This function is only available in conjunction with edoc workplace.
You can be informed by e-mail about individual tasks that are assigned to you or your team as a group. You can also receive a daily report with all tasks by e-mail at a specific time. The report provides you with an overview of your daily tasks.
You can control some aspects of the sending of e-mail notifications for tasks and reports. For example, you can delay the receipt of individual tasks or set a specific time at which the daily task report is sent.
Things to know
Not only can you find out about your own tasks, but as a team leader you can also find out about all new tasks in your groups, for example. With the option Also send e-mails for all new tasks in my groups, you will receive e-mail notifications about the personally assigned tasks of your team members and tasks that have been sent to the group distribution list.
You can receive the e-mails for your tasks and the daily task reports in German or English.
