As the person responsible for finances, you can easily get an overview of the invoices in your organization in the financial monitor. The financial monitor offers you a wide range of data analysis and evaluation options.
Only people who are members of the standard role invoice_monitor in Keycloak can use this overview. If you have any questions, please contact your administration.
Click on edoc invoice > Finances > Monitor in the sidebar.
You can filter the view of the data according to certain criteria, display only certain columns and group them. In this way, you can create different views, e.g. per company, for the invoice data and save them as a profile as required.
As soon as you expand the Filter section, you can quickly filter the data based on a few criteria by clicking on Search in the ribbon.
You can also group the view according to a criterion, e.g. by dragging the Document type column to Drag columns here to group to group the entire view according to Document type.
If you want to use more detailed filters and a different arrangement of the columns, you can filter the data in the table very finely using details and save each as a profile.
Here's how
-
Click on Columns under Data at the edge of the table to display all columns.
-
Select the columns you want to see in the table.
-
Under Data at the edge of the table, click on Filter to select the values by which you want to filter the values in the table. You can filter by individual companies, by amounts, by workflow status, by responsibility and much more.
-
Save the result with Save profile.
-
Specify whether you want to overwrite an existing profile or create a new profile.
-
Enter a comprehensible name and a short description that characterizes the profile accordingly.
Create a corresponding profile for each task to quickly obtain the correct view of invoice data.
As soon as you have selected a document in the table, you can display the details for a document using the Document view in the ribbon. You can find the various details on the different tabs (Document, Attributes, Changes).
Things to know
You can also export the table view as a Microsoft Excel or CSV file by right-clicking on the table to open the export dialog.
