This function is only available in conjunction with edoc document reader.
There is an automatic text recognition function in the document view in which you can transfer data directly from your PDF documents into the respective fields.
Simply select the section (zone) in which the value is located on the PDF document. The value is transferred to the field that you have previously selected.
Here's how

Click in an input field in the capture form.

Press the CTRL key, hold down the left mouse button and draw a rectangle on the document.

Release the left mouse button. The text within the rectangle is selected and transferred to the input field, provided the value matches the type of input field, e.g. date or text.
If you have selected an input field with an autocomplete function, select one of the suggested values.
Proceed accordingly if you want to insert further values.
