For the integration in d.ecs task, you can map a maximum of one connection to each workflow. When the connection is established, the tasks, e.g. from edoc invoice, are automatically displayed integrated in the d.velop documents feature Tasks with the corresponding workflow steps.
Only the edoc apps that you use with workflows are displayed in the overview under Workflow mappings.
If you map an edoc workflow, e.g. for edoc invoice, to a connection, your users can use the Tasks feature in d.velop documents.
Before you begin
If you are already using d.ecs task and tasks are still open before mapping the d.ecs task workflow, these tasks will not be synchronized automatically.
If you still have open tasks at the time of initial mapping, schedule the forwarding of the tasks or create a new task.
Only after you have linked a workflow to a connection is d.ecs task activated as a workflow. However, it can take up to 5 minutes before your users can use d.ecs task for the first time.
You can also specify whether the properties of the document, e.g. from edoc invoice, should be displayed in the Tasks feature.
