In edoc workplace, you can define global e-mail notifications per group and per app for your organization under Settings > Notifications for groups. If you use several apps in edoc workplace, you can define for each group in which workflow and in which app a group participates.
The global settings for group notifications only apply to edoc workplace. If you deactivate these settings, your users will not receive any e-mail notifications.
All members of the activated groups then receive regular e-mails with a list of workflows and active tasks.
Here's how

Click on edoc workplace in the sidebar to open the edoc workplace dashboard.

Click on Settings > Notifications for groups.

Under Set group notifications for workflow tasks, activate the apps for the corresponding groups.

Save your configuration.
