Summary

Solution
Create a support container in d.capture batch as follows:

Open d.capture batch.

Use the following key combination CTRL+ALT+S.

Click on Create support container in the context menu.

Select which information you want to provide and save in the support container. You can provide the following information:

d.capture batch program directory (contains all batches and their batch information)

Global configuration directory
-
Local configuration directory
-
d.capture batch - Registry entries
-

Click on Save after you have made your selection.
The more information you provide to edoc Support, the faster the support team can identify a problem and work out a solution.
If you select the option d.capture batch program directory for the support container, all open batches and batch information are also saved in the support container. This option therefore affects the file size of the support container.
