If you would like to implement a workflow for your organization, first select a workflow component (d.3 mailbox or edoc workplace) under Settings > Server settings.
For the individual workflow steps, there are already subject lines for the individual workflow steps by default. If you have set up an e-mail notification for the workflow, the subject line of the e-mail will have the same subject as the workflow step. The option can be found under Settings > Workflow > Subject suggestions.
On the Subject suggestions page, you can display the default subjects for each task and enter alternative texts for the subject lines of a task. All group members can select these suggestions if the default subject seems inappropriate.
You can obtain further information on the subject texts by pointing the mouse at the info symbol next to the respective description of the subject text.
Things to know about the suggestions for subject lines
The subject lines are only used accordingly when moving to the next workflow step.
Suppose a person is verifying an invoice. Forwarding in the verification dialog is deactivated during the verification, as an answer to a question may still be pending. When clicking on Confirm verification, the invoice remains in the tasks (workplace) of the group or clerk. The subject line is not changed and cannot be changed as the invoice has not yet been sent to the next workflow step.
You can also change the standard subjects and use your own texts for the subject lines. Enter your own text for each line.
In the Suggestions section, you can enter additional texts for a subject by entering a text in the line and confirming with the Enter key.
Once you have entered new suggestions, click on Save in the ribbon.
