The d.velop documents workflow component d.3 mailbox will no longer be supported from 2026. Instead, you can use edoc workplace as a workflow component or integrate the workflows in d.ecs task (feature Tasks in d.velop documents). If you want to use the d.velop-specific workflow for your organization, first select the workflow component d.3 mailbox under Settings > Server settings.
With d.3 mailbox as a workflow component, you can specify for a company under Settings > Workflow > Settings whether the groups participating in the workflow receive a notification by e-mail.
You can activate the function for each group by clicking on Send e-mails. Save the setting.
