Summary
This article describes how to integrate the edoc search for M365 web part into an existing SharePoint site.
Important requirements
To integrate the edoc search for M365 web part into a web page in your SharePoint site, the following is required:

edoc search for M365 must already be installed as an app.

At least one user license must be available.

You must have website owner rights.
Solution
We recommend creating the app on a separate page of your website. For information about how to create a new website see the KB article with the number 370180175.
You can also add the web part to the homepage in SharePoint.
Here's how

Open the website in SharePoint on which the web part is to be added.

Click on Edit on the website.

Click anywhere on a gray plus symbol to add the web part.

Select the edoc search for M365 app.

You can of course delete superfluous (standard) web parts.
