How do I copy an endpoint for a webhook?

You can copy individual endpoints for webhooks in edoc archive service. This allows you to quickly create similar endpoints for webhooks in the configuration.

By copying working endpoints for webhooks, you can shorten the configuration steps and reduce the potential of configuration errors occurring.

So that you can distinguish the copied endpoints for webhooks from other endpoints for webhooks, the suffix - copy and a consecutive number are added to the name of the endpoint. When finalizing the copied endpoint, change the name to match your naming convention.

To copy an endpoint for a webhook, you need at least one endpoint for a webhook.

Here's how

  1. Go to the edoc platform system environment and open the administration of edoc archive service in the browser.

  2. Navigate to Configure endpoints for webhooks.

  3. For the endpoint you want to copy, click on More actions > Copy endpoint.

  4. In the copied endpoint, edit all the details that must apply to the new endpoint, e.g. the name of the endpoint, the URL of the endpoint, etc.

  5. Save the changes for the endpoint.
