How do I edit an ERP connection?

You change your ERP connection at any time.

Before you start

If you change the connection data of an ERP connection that is already in use, the system mapping with the previous connection data is automatically deactivated in the ERP system.

However, you can change the name and description at any time without deactivating the ERP connection.

Here's how

  1. Go to the edoc platform system environment and open the administration of edoc archive service in the browser.

  2. Navigate to Configure ERP connections > Edit connection.

  3. Change the connection data.

  4. Click on Save.

  5. Make sure to check the process types and field mapping of the corresponding system mappings.

  6. If needed, make adjustments and transfer the configuration to the ERP system.
