How do I delete an ECM connection?

You can delete an ECM connection.

Before you start

  • You can only delete a connection if the connection is no longer used under Administration > Map systems.

  • Only delete an ECM connection if the connection is no longer required.

  • Deleting the ECM connection retains the data in the ERP system and the ECM system.

Here's how

  1. Go to the edoc platform system environment and open the administration of edoc archive service in the browser.

  2. Click on Configure ECM connections.

  3. Click on Delete connection for the ECM connection that is no longer required.

  4. Confirm the process with OK.

The ECM connection has been irrevocably deleted.
