If you have created, updated, or changed a configuration in edoc archive service, you must transfer the configuration to the ERP system. The transfer is essential for the applications to interact.
If you update or change individual aspects of the configuration, you can transfer the configuration step by step. However, you can also do your changes first and then transfer the configuration to the ERP system in one step.

Navigate to Administration > Map systems and process types.

For the system mapping whose configuration you want to transfer, click on Transfer configuration to the ERP system.
Check again whether the data has been exchanged.
