You can query the ECM categories in edoc archive service again at any time if you have recently made changes that have not yet been transferred to edoc archive service.
You can start the query of the ECM categories directly in the overview of the process types or directly in the field mappings with Query categories from ECM system.
If you are no longer on the page with the field mappings, you can choose the quick way.
Here's how

Go to the edoc platform system environment and open the administration of edoc archive service in the browser.

Navigate to Map systems and process types > Configure process types.

Click on More actions for the process type for which the corresponding ECM category has changed.

Click on Query categories from ECM system.
The ECM categories are now queried again.
