How do I delete an ERP connection?

You can delete an ERP connection.

Before you start

  • You can only delete a connection if the connection is no longer used under Administration > Map systems.

  • Only delete an ERP connection if the connection is no longer required.

  • Deleting the ERP connection retains the data in the ERP system and in the ECM system.

Here's how

  1. Go to the edoc platform system environment and open the administration of edoc archive service in the browser.

  2. Click on Configure ERP connections.

  3. Click on Delete connection for the ERP connection that is no longer required.

  4. Confirm the deletion with OK.

The ERP connection has been irrevocably deleted.
