How do I delete a process type?

You can delete a process type.

Before you start

  • If you delete a process type, the associated field mapping is also deleted.

  • Only delete a process type if it is no longer required.

Here's how

  1. Go to the edoc platform system environment and open the administration of edoc archive service in the browser.

  2. Click on Map systems and process types.

  3. Click on Configure process types in the system mapping that contains the process type to be deleted.

  4. Click on Delete process type for the process type that is no longer required.

  5. Confirm the process with OK.

  6. Transfer configuration to the ERP system.

The process type has been irrevocably deleted.
