How do I process a process type?

You can change your process type at any time.

Here's how

1. Go to the edoc platform system environment and open the administration of edoc archive service in the browser.

2. Navigate to Map systems and process types > Configure process types > Edit process type.

3. Change the data.

4. Click on Save.

5. Be sure to check the field mapping of the process type if you have selected a different index table or index sub-table.

6. If needed, make adjustments and transfer the configuration to the ERP system.
