You can delete a system mapping.
Before you start

Deleting a system mapping irrevocably deletes all process types and field mappings that you have configured in the system mapping.

Only delete a system mapping if it is no longer required.

After deleting an already used system mapping, the system mapping is deactivated in the ERP system.
Here's how

Go to the edoc platform system environment and open the administration of edoc archive service in the browser.

Click on Map systems and process types.

Click on Delete system mapping for the system mapping that is no longer required.

Confirm the process with OK.
The system mapping has been irrevocably deleted.
If you have already transferred the configuration, the configuration is deactivated in the ERP system.
If deactivation fails, for example due to a connection error, the system mapping in the ERP system must be deactivated manually.
