Two endpoints are displayed in edoc archive service after a system mapping has been created. These endpoints are only visible for a system mapping if reindexing has been implemented in edoc archive service for the ERP system.
The endpoint under Endpoint for reindexing after archiving by edoc CMIS archivelink is used to receive information about the document archived in the ECM system. You must specify the endpoint in the ECM connection in edoc CMIS archivelink. The edoc CMIS archivelink service sends a request to the edoc archive service endpoint at the end of the archiving process. This includes the technical ID for the process (cmis:name) and the ID of the document in the ECM system.
The endpoint under Endpoint for the CMIS webhook in the ERP system is used to receive information about the ERP process associated with the archived document. You must specify the endpoint in a webhook before transferring the document to edoc CMIS archivelink. The technical ID for the process (cmis:name) must also be sent in the request by the webhook. Based on the other information in the request, an associated process type is recognized and its field mapping is applied to the process data also contained in the request.
If a request with the same value for cmis:name is received at both endpoints, this property in edoc archive service is used to recognize that the information from both requests belongs together. This triggers reindexing, which is then performed.
