In edoc archive service, you must activate the data exchange between an ECM system and an ERP system. Data is only exchanged between the two systems after activation.
You must have configured at least one process type and one field mapping for a system mapping.
If necessary, check the following aspects of your configuration:

All data has been entered correctly.

The connection tests were performed successfully.

The configuration was transferred to the ERP system. This only applies to Microsoft Dynamics systems.
You may not have activated data exchange yet.
Here's how

Go to the edoc platform system environment and open the administration of edoc archive service in the browser.

Click on Map systems and process types.

Click on Enable data exchange between the systems for the corresponding system mapping.

Transfer configuration to the ERP system. This only applies to Microsoft Dynamics systems.
