If a person who is entered as a recipient in many reminders has, for example, changed their area of responsibility in the organization, changed their name or left the company, you can quickly and easily change this recipient for all reminders. You can also change a recipient group.
Suppose you want to change the recipient of reminders.
Here's how

In Administration, click on Administrative Tools > Change recipients of reminders to open the page.

Select the name of the user or group you wish to change under Select current recipient. You can also enter several new recipients if required.

Under Select one or more recipients who should receive the reminders, enter the name of the new recipient to whom the reminders should be sent. You can also enter several new recipients if required.

Click on Change recipients of the reminder.
The number of changed reminders is displayed once you save your changes.
