Manage and group reminder templates

With reminder templates and reminder template grouping, your team can always use the same base of existing reminders to work quickly and consistently. At the same time, your team can change a reminder template if necessary or save a changed reminder template for all other team members.

You can find the overview and actions for creating reminder templates and groups for reminder templates at Administration > Manage reminder templates.

Clarify in advance with those involved which reminder templates or groupings of reminder templates are required and how the individual reminder templates and groups for reminder templates should be named.

Things to know about the reminder templates

To enable your users to use reminder templates when creating reminders, you must first create the templates in the administration.

You can map the reminder templates to no category or to at least one category. Mapping templates to a category helps your users, especially if there are a lot of reminder templates, as reminder templates without an assigned category are valid for all categories.

You can create reminder templates for simple tasks or terminations.

You can create, update or delete reminder templates at any time in the administration.

Things to know about the grouped reminder templates

With the grouping function for reminder templates, you can group individual reminder templates in a specific order at any time. Your users immediately use several reminders with a group of reminder templates, which are automatically generated in the specified order.

As with the reminder templates, you can also map a group of reminder templates to a category. A group of reminder templates without a mapped category is valid for all categories.

You can create reminder template groups for simple tasks or terminations.

You can create, update or delete groups for reminder templates at any time in the administration.
