How do I check the number of licenses and active users in edoc contract?

You can get an overview of the licensed users in the edoc contract administration.

Under Administrative Tools > Show license overview you will find the following:

• Total number of user licenses.

• Active user with user name, displayed name, e-mail address.

• Groups in which the users are members.

You assign the license to each group that is to work with edoc contract. If you deactivate a group, for example, the members of the group no longer have a license.
