You can change a reminder template at any time. The change only affects newly created reminders.
All reminders in which the reminder template is used are retained in their original form.
If you have mapped the reminder template to be changed to a reminder template group, the corresponding reminder template also changes in the reminder template group.
Here's how

Open the administration by clicking on Administration in the edoc workplace app drawer (9-dot menu) in the edoc contract section.

Click on Manage reminder templates to open the overview.

Click on Change for the reminder template you want to change in the Reminder templates section.

Change the corresponding values in the Reminder template view.

Click on Save to save the changes.
You can use the modified reminder template immediately.
