edoc contract integrates seamlessly into the document management software interface with the context actions Contract control, Create new reminder, and Create cover sheet. You can create individual activation conditions for each context action, such as a category or a user group.
The automated registration of context actions is not possible for edoc contract. Instead, you can use a second edoc automate app provided by edoc solutions ag to register the context actions. Please get in touch with your edoc contact to obtain the app.
Here's how

Import the edoc contract cloud custom app into edoc automate.

For the data source dms, enter the d.velop cloud server under Server and the API key under Api-Key.

Open the Register DMS Extensions view and execute it with Execute.

Load the templates for the individual context actions and their properties on the page. For d.velop cloud, you only need to enter the corresponding activation conditions in the Activation conditions section.

Click on Register for each context action to register the context action.
To delete the context actions, load the corresponding template and click Delete extension.
