You can have edoc contract automatically recalculate reminders for a termination if the deadline for terminating an open-ended contract has passed. Thus, notices of termination for a contract are automatically recalculated and do not have to be adjusted manually.
The recalculation is only performed for open-ended contracts.
Things to know
By default, the functionality for the automatic recalculation of reminders for terminations of open-ended contracts is deactivated.
You must activate the automatic recalculation of terminations in the administration.
The following criteria are used for the recalculation of terminations:

When extending a recurring renewal for an open-ended contract, all reminders for a termination are recalculated with the rhythm End of contract.

All reminders for a termination whose termination date has been exceeded are determined by job. The corresponding reminders are recalculated. The recalculation is preformed for the End of month, End of quarter, and End of year intervals.

Open the administration by clicking on Administration in the edoc workplace app drawer (9-dot menu) in the edoc contract section.

Click on Configure recalculation for notice periods.
