Usually, the person who creates a reminder also selects the recipients who will receive an e-mail notification that the reminder has been completed.
To make your choice easier, you can define recipients (individual person or group) in the administration, with which the selection list of recipients for the notification of completed tasks is already filled. You can activate the Notify the creator of a reminder option to automatically notify the creator as a recipient when a reminder is completed.
The creator of a reminder can adjust or remove the recipients in the selection list at any time.
Here's how

Open the administration by clicking on Administration in the edoc workplace app drawer (9-dot menu) in the edoc contract section.

Click on Configure notification of completed tasks.

Activate the option Fill the list of recipients with the following recipients.

Select at least one recipient to fill the selection list.

Activate the Notify the creator of a reminder option, if required.

Save the changes.
