If you no longer need a reminder template, delete this template. Once deleted, the reminder template is no longer available to your users.
All reminders in which the reminder template is used remain valid.
If you have mapped the reminder template to be deleted to a reminder template group, you cannot delete the reminder template, but must first remove the corresponding reminder template from the reminder template group.
Here's how

Open the administration by clicking on Administration in the edoc workplace app drawer (9-dot menu) in the edoc contract section.

Click on Manage reminder templates to open the overview.

Click Delete for the reminder template you want to delete in the Reminder templates section.
The reminder template is irrevocably deleted.
