Configure edoc contract in the administration

In Administration, you can perform various administrative tasks and display information:

  • Manage users and groups

  • Configure mappings for the categories

  • Establish connection to the ECM system

  • Manage reminders and notifications

  • Create text templates for tasks

You open the administration by clicking on Administration in the edoc workplace app drawer (9-dot menu) in the edoc contract section.

Alternatively, you can access the administration on the server with edoc automate in the browser. Example: <https://<edoc platform>/apps/exec/edoc-contract/admin

You must be a member of the eca-admin or admin role to display the administration.
