Create a group for reminder templates

If you have a number of reminder templates that are always used by default for certain tasks, you can group the reminder templates.

You can create any number of groups for reminder templates and place the reminder templates in a specific order, according to which the reminders are created step by step for your users.

You create a group by adding existing reminder templates to the group.

Before you start

You can map at least one category to the reminder template group. Once you have mapped at least one reminder template to the group, you can no longer change the Category field.

Here's how

  1. Open the administration by clicking on Administration in the edoc workplace app drawer (9-dot menu) in the edoc contract section.

  2. Click on Manage reminder templates to open the overview.

  3. Click Create new group for reminder templates in the Group reminder templates and define order section.

  4. Enter a name in the Group name field. The name must be unique and meaningful so that your users can quickly identify the group.

  5. Enter at least one category in the Category field if you want to map the reminder template group to a category. If you do not enter a category, your users can use the reminder template group for all categories.

  6. Select a reminder template and assign it to the reminder template group by clicking on Map reminder template in the Select and map reminder template field.

  7. Repeat the steps for each reminder template that you want to combine in the group.

  8. Move the reminder templates to the correct position in the grouping using the up or down arrow icons.

  9. Click on Save to save the group for reminder templates.

You can find the individual reminder templates in the group in the Overview of selected reminder templates section.

Tip

If you want to remove a reminder template from the group, click on Remove. The reminder template is retained.
