You can change a reminder template group at any time. The change only affects newly created reminders.
All reminders in which the group is used for reminder templates are retained in their original form.
Here's how

Open the administration by clicking on Administration in the edoc workplace app drawer (9-dot menu) in the edoc contract section.

Click on Manage reminder templates to open the overview.

Click on Change for the reminder template group you want to change in the Overview of existing reminder template groups section.

Change the corresponding values in the Reminder template group view.

Click on Save to save the changes.
You can use the modified group for reminder templates immediately.
