Configure the display of edoc contract properties on the cover page

The information and details (properties) for a contract are displayed on the cover page. You can define which edoc contract properties are visible to users in the edoc contract administration.

Clarify in advance with all parties involved which edoc contract properties should be displayed on the cover page.

Here's how

  1. Open the administration by clicking on Administration in the edoc workplace app drawer (9-dot menu) in the edoc contract section.

  2. Click on Configure visibility of properties on the cover sheet.

  3. Use the slider under Show edoc contract property on the cover page to determine which properties should be displayed on the cover page.

Once you have defined the visibility of the content to be displayed, the information is displayed immediately.
