Summary

If you end a workflow in edoc invoice with Complete workflow and the transactional data is not exported, this may be due to an incorrect configuration of the export within the company concerned.

Important requirements

You need administrative access to the configuration of edoc invoice.

Solution

  1. Open edoc invoice and navigate to Settings.

  2. Click on the relevant company in the overview.

  3. Navigate to Data in the sidebar and click on Export - Transactional data.

  4. Open the corresponding export.

  5. Under Events, check whether the Complete workflow entry has been activated. If the entry has not been activated, be sure to activate this entry.

  6. Click on Save to save the settings for the company.

For all newly imported documents, the transactional data is now exported with the Complete workflow event.
