Summary

During the installation or an update of d.3one (on-premises), the message is displayed that d.ecs http gateway is no longer responding. The installation or update of d.3one is canceled.

The message is often displayed when the TrendMicro virus scanner is used.

Important requirements

  • You need administrative access to the d.3 server and corresponding permissions.

  • You need administrative access to the administrative interface of the virus scanner.

Solution

  1. Deactivate the virus scanner on the server on which the installation or update of d.3one is to be performed.

  2. Execute the setup of d.3one again after deactivation.
