Context menu "Send and store" does not work in d.3one in Microsoft Outlook

Summary

With the e-mail integration of d.velop documents with the name d.3one in Microsoft Outlook, you can send and save an e-mail to the d.3 repository at the same time in the ribbon of the opened e-mail with Send and store.

If you use d.3one in Microsoft Outlook in combination with Microsoft Outlook 2019, sending and filing does not work, instead an error is displayed when filing or the dialog remains white.

The problem is a display problem with add-ins, which you can fix yourself in Microsoft Outlook in just a few steps.

Important requirements

• Microsoft Outlook must be restarted after activating the compatibility option.

Solution

1. Start Microsoft Outlook.

2. Click on File > Options in the ribbon.

3. Open the General entry in the Outlook Options dialog.

4. Navigate to the User interface options section.

5. Under When using multiple displays, activate the Optimize for compatibility (application restart required) option.

6. Click OK and restart Microsoft Outlook.
