Error message: You are not authorized to edit this task (d.3 presentation engine client)

Summary

You cannot open a workflow in d.velop documents (d.3 smart explorer or d.3one) that was created using d.ecs flow.

The following error message is displayed: "You are not authorized to edit this task (d.3 presentation engine client)."

Important requirements

• You have administrative access to the server with d.3 presentation server and d.3 process manager.

• You must restart the d.3 presentation server processes.

Solution

1. Connect to the corresponding server.

2. Open d.3 process manager on the server (http://localhost:3480).

3. Restart all d.3 presentation server processes.

After restarting the d.3 presentation server processes, your users can participate in the workflow again.
