Summary
You open an invoice in edoc invoice, edoc workplace or in d.3 workitem view, but the preview of the documents no longer works. The problem occurs after an update of edoc invoice.
The document preview may be adjusted when edoc invoice is updated. After an update, old data in the browser cache can lead to a display error.
In this KB article, you will learn how to delete the edoc invoice-typical cookies in various browsers, which can lead to display errors.
