Summary
You are using a d.ecs forms workflow, but you are not receiving any e-mail notifications even though you have been assigned a workflow.
The E-mail notification option is activated in d.3 smart explorer. However, other users who participate in the d.ecs forms workflow do not receive an e-mail notification.
In this case, you must explicitly activate e-mail dispatch in the corresponding workflow step.
Important requirements
-
You need administrative permissions for the d.3 application server and administrative workflow permissions.
-
You must have access to d.3 cockpit.
Solution
-
Start d.3 cockpit and log in with the user who has administrative workflow permissions.
-
Open d.ecs forms designer.
-
Navigate to the configuration of the affected workflow.
-
Open the step in which the e-mail dispatch must take place.
-
Under Assignment > Additional e-mail information, change the value from No to Yes.
The e-mail dispatch of the d.ecs forms workflow step now takes place.
