Activate maintenance mode in edoc automate apps

Apps that you create in edoc automate can be put into maintenance mode so that it is no longer possible to execute views.

By default, an app is automatically set to maintenance mode when it is imported (new app or new version) for the duration of the import process.

As long as maintenance mode is activated, the following message is displayed when you run the views: This app is currently in maintenance mode!

You can also activate maintenance mode manually by saving the .maintenance file in the local root directory of the app.

You can create the .maintenance file using the edoc automate WebDAV service.

For information about the WebDAV service see: Manage and edit files and media (WebDAV)
